In Celebration of the Life of

This site is made in memory of my daughter Grace Anne who was born with full trisomy 18, a rare chromosome condition. Trisomy 18 is considered "incompatible with life"- but we found it to be just the opposite. Grace was a gift to us for a short time on Earth. In spite of her illness, her life mattered. This is her story, which I hope will make it easier for other families that get the news that their baby is so sick.

You can carry your baby to term and love your baby. You can survive this and have no regrets. There are resources out there to help you.
